We make extensive use of internet-based online meeting software which allows us to view the operator's computer screen from our office while discussing the support issues on the phone. This saves time by eliminating the need for travel allowing support to be delivered when you need it.

LinMot's proprietary software is provided at no cost to our customers. This software is used to determine proper motor sizing for your application needs and also to configure your motor during installation. This software can be downloaded from Linear Motor Configuration Software page.
