Our standard linear motors feature a direct drive system without belts, screws, cams or gears. The direct drive system offers reduced maintenance and longer service life in rugged industrial environments. High Speed, Long Life, and Complete Control Linear Motors 

LinMot linear motors consist of two parts, a slider and a stator. Without the use of belts, screws, cams or gears, LinMot linear motors have an expected operating life of up to 2 billion cycles when properly applied. Now available in standard and stainless options, LinMot motors offer complete control on the basis of force, speed, trajectory and position.

LinMot linear motors feature a simplistic design ideal for rugged applications like food packaging equipment and linear motor material handling systems where higher speed, longer service life and increased control are desired. Our stainless steel linear motors feature sealed, stainless steel motor casings and an IPK69 protection rating suitable for food and pharmaceutical applications and other harsh industrial environments where chemicals are used. We offer over 300 standard linear motor specifications, available in 15 different configurations. The module design makes custom designed linear motors feasible, even in moderate quantities.

 Linear Motors for Linear Motion Applications

Stainless-steel LinMot linear motors are available in both air and water cooled configurations and are designed for high pressure wash down applications using aggressive chemicals. Stainless LinMot linear motors are AISI 316 and IP69K rated for use in food, pharmaceutical and packaging applications.

LinMot linear motors adjust to your specific motor design needs by providing linear motors with either space saving cables and connector assemblies or mounted rotatable connectors. 

Stainless Steel Linear Motors

LinMot’s stainless steel linear motors feature hygienically designed, stainless steel casings ideal for aggressive environments utilizing harsh chemicals and high pressure wash down processes. The AISI 316 and IP69K ratings are suitable for the linear motion needs of the food, pharmaceutical, and packaging industries . LinMot’s stainless steel linear motors provide higher dynamics and increased precision and multiple positions on equipment operating with pneumatic cylinders.

Small Size High Performance Linear Motors

The new P01-23Sx80F-HP is LinMot’s smallest high performance linear motor featuring a round cable connector offering nearly twice the nominal power in the same size as the standard, flat motor cable.  The higher power connector increases the performance for existing machines and systems.
