Read the following carefully. This online form is a request only. LinMot must review submission before an RMA number will be issued.
Please contact LinMot USA Support to assist with troubleshooting and/or to resolve any technical issues. If a unit needs to be returned for further investigation or product testing, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be assigned by LinMot USA prior to return. No products will be accepted for return without a LinMot USA approved RMA. All returns are subject to a restocking charge. Special ordered or modified products are not returnable. In no event will credit, evaluation or repair be given or made for products returned without a proper RMA and in no event will product be accepted for return more than 90 days from the date of delivery. Buyer will pay the transportation charges on all returned products.
IMPORTANT: Please include a copy of completed RMA form with the unit being returned. Products returned without proper RMA form will be lost in receiving department. Download here.
For products that need to be evaluated for replacement, LinMot requires a Purchase Order for $250 per item. A purchase order or credit card must be submitted before LinMot will issue an RMA number. This evaluation fee is only invoiced if the product problem was caused by something other than a manufacturer’s defect.
